The brand is a collaboration between the band named Pogue Mahone & Halewood Wines & Spirits. The whiskey is distilled at innovative Irish distillery, West Cork Distillers. Both rule-breakers in our own right, we have a shared aim to create a superlative Irish whiskey, one that is exceptionally smooth and easy-drinking, but also very versatile so it could be enjoyed however you liked – neat, over ice, with a mixer or in a cocktail. In addition, they engaged the skills of Frank McHardy, a renowned whiskey expert with 50 years industry experience (and a ‘Whisky Hall of Fame’ recipient) to perfect their blend.

 

 

• Colour: Mahogany oak
• Nose: Sweet-smelling malt with waves of toffee to follow.
• Taste: Smooth and creamy, toffee, vanilla, touch of dark chocolate, with some peachy fruit. Finish: Dark chocolate, fudge, vanilla.
