Situated in Chigny les Roses, a charming village in the heart of the prestigious Terroir of Montagne de Reims. Champagne Cattier remains an independent and family House from inception in 1763 and their vineyards stretch for more than 20 hectares mainly classified as Premier Cru.

 

The cellars of Cattier Champagne are one of the deepest in Champagne, dug on 3 levels their vaults represent 3 different architecture styles: Gothic, Roman and Renaissance, and their range of fine champagnes include a Brut Champagne, a Brut rosé, award-winning Clos du Moulin, Blanc de Noirs, Blanc de Blanc and other fine cuveés. This Premier Cru vineyard, as classified by the Comité Interprofessional du vin de Champagne and the Institut National des Appellations d’Origine, has cellars that are among the deepest and oldest in the Champagne region.

 

Our Brut Premier Cru rests for more than 4 years in the cellar when the legislation only requires 15 months. As for our prestige cuvées, they stay in the cellar for more than 8 years to reveal their most beautiful aromas.
